Return Policy

RETURNS

You have 30 calender days after receiving the product to return it. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Notify ELLAF about the items you want to return. Kindly contact us via email (ellafjewelry@gmail.com) to submit your return. After that, follow the instructions given by our customer service.

In order to complete your return, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (like an order confirmation mail)
  • The order number included in your order confirmation email
  • The email address used to place the order

Please do not send your purchase back to the shipping address on the package. Then, the package will not be sent to the office where we process returns.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

When you are eligible for a refund, your refund will immediately be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that gift cards and items bought with gift cards can't be refunded.

REPLACEMENTS (if applicable, i.e. faulty items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item or if you want a refund, send us an email at ellafjewelry@gmail.com. Please include pictures of faulty items and describe what is wrong with the product.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
